By accessing or using ZipnZip (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

ZipnZip provides an online tool for compressing image files. Users can upload zip files containing images, preview them, and download compressed versions. Uploaded files are processed and automatically deleted shortly after processing is complete or the session ends. We do not store your files long-term.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or activity.
To upload or process files that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
To upload malicious software or harmful content.
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Service's operation.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ZipnZip and its licensors. You retain ownership of the files you upload and process through the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ZipnZip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or quality of the Service. We do not guarantee that the compression results will meet your expectations or that the service will be error-free.

In no event shall ZipnZip, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
